Happy 1st Father's Day to Papa J! Aren't they cute in their matching shirts? It was a CoCo Curry, recline and chillax at home kind of day. Thanks for all you do Dad!

Chili Fest 2011

The Chili Fest is definitely in the top 5 Chillhill family favorite events of the year. We look forward to this event every year, always held on the Saturday before Father's Day. This year's Chili Fest did not disappoint and was deeeeeelish! Especially since one of my favorite people in the world, Phaedra joined the Chili tasting crew. We tasted 21 different chilis this year ranging from "How can I go back and convince them to give me more" to "Tastes like rubber and cat pee". Phadra, Jeff and Tim's favorite chili ended up winning first place! Congrats to Duke's.

1st Visit to Disneyland

Casey's first trip to Disneyland was a success! We had so much fun we stayed from 10 am to 8 pm. His reviews:

Small World: Pretty cool.

Toon Town: Eh.

Pirates of the Carribean: Too dark! Don't like it.

Cruising around people watching: Awesome.

I had one of the best group of kids I have ever had this year. I will miss them!

Favorite Friends

Kyla and I have a long-time joke/nickname for each other. We call each other our "Faaaaaavorite Friend!". Well, it seems that our little ones have taken to that name for each other because they love to play together. Summer especially loves to throw books on Casey's head, while Casey loves to grab Summer's face as if it were made of clay. Ah, baby love.
