Casey's 11th Month Trailer
This past month has been a busy one! Mom went back to work, Casey started daycare, and Dad's been traveling. With all of our busy schedules I didn't get much video time in so I only had a limited amount to work with this month. Alright, enough with the excuses, here is a very short trailer celebrating Casey's biggest accomplishment this month. Enjoy the last "monthly" video 'cause our little man is going to be 1 year old soon!

Today Casey got to meet Taj, Jana's son. I know Jana from work and she lives in beautiful Corona Del Mar which is pretty close to us so she invited us over to play. Casey and Taj played a little at the house, we went to lunch and then took a walk to the beach. It was a Marley moment: the sun was shining and the weather was sweet. One of those moments that make you feel so lucky to live in Cali. I dipped Casey's feet in the water for the first time today too! He thought it was cold at first but then got used to it. I think overall Casey's favorite part was playing in the sand with one of Taj's shovels! Thanks for a great time Jana and sweet Taj!

Summer Reading
This summer Casey joined his first summer reading program. His favorite book we read was a book with pictures of real babies making faces that go along with phrases like, "Uh oh!" or "Yucky!" His least favorite book was a book about a tortoise named Owen and hippo named Mzee. I didn't like that book either because I didn't know how to pronounce the name "Mzee". How would you say it? Mah-zee? Em-zee?

Meeting Mitchell
Today Casey got to meet Mitchell Henry Zhu. I work with his mom Tiffany. We all met him at Char's house, where Casey was in Ping Pong Heaven. Char's son Mason was a natural with Casey. We had so much fun!
